CHOIR NEWS
On Saturday, February 25th, junior chorister Esmé Whitehead received the Archdeacon of Blackburn's Award for loyal service at a Royal School of Church Music's Area Festival, held at Blackburn Cathedral. This consists of a choir medal and certificate, the requirements for the Award being a minimum of four years' membership, with an average of 90% attendance. Esmé joins two other junior choristers who already hold this Award - Francesca Gilbert and Elizabeth Saunders. Well done! |
